SHIPPING + HANDLING
HOW WILL YOUR PURCHASE BE SHIPPED
Your purchase will be shipped via USPS in a box and/ or bag. A signature is not required unless USPS deems it necessary to obtain the required signature.
FLAT RATE OF $8 ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA
We offer a Flat Shipping Rate on orders of full-priced items. Sale items are subject to ground rates. We ship via USPS 3-5 business day (M-F) ground transportation. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPOs. Promotion is available to domestic US orders only and does not apply to International orders.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer 2-day, 3-day, and overnight shipping to the contiguous US. Prices vary by item, weight, and address. Exact shipping charges will be confirmed with order. Expedited shipping costs can range between $40-$250 and will be confirmed with the customer before the order ships.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship the next Business Day. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will ship out on Monday. All orders can take up to 24 hours to process, in some circumstances it can be longer during peak season. Shipping timeframes are not based on the time of checkout but rather, on when your order is confirmed and processed, in the “Ready to be Shipped” status.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries of all orders. When selecting International shipping options, we are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
EXCHANGING — When purchasing merchandise from the Basicstichclothing.com website, you will be asked to read, understand, and agree to the return policy as follows: Basic Stitch processes Exchanges only and we do not accept returns, offer store credits, or issue refunds of any kind. Exchanges include equal or greater value, different sizes, and/or different colors if available. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Due to our merchandise's seasonality and delicate nature, all sales are final. Your online order cannot be completed unless you agree to these terms at checkout.
ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
Customers must contact sales.basicsstitch@gmail.com to request for Exchange within 4 days (including weekends/ holidays) of the delivery of their order at sales.basicsstitch@gmail.com.
Clothing must be shipped back via FedEx or UPS. Post Office returns will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping label and returns shipping charges.
Clothing must be in the same condition as received with original tags attached or subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Clothing must not have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way otherwise a 50% restocking fee will be issued.
Items marked Final Sale are not exchangeable.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, processing times will vary based on each individual order placed.
